Not suitable for laying carpet!Suitable for bonding rubber profiles, solid rubber, cellular rubber, natural rubber, leather, linen, felt, soft foam, rigid PVC, butyl rubber, various plastics to metals (bare, primed, painted), wood, fibre cement boards, veneers, cork, cardboard and paper.
Instructions
Please note the processing temperature
- Cool adhesive must be tempered (at least 3 days at +25°C to +35°C) and stirred.
- Adhesives and the surfaces to be adhered should not be processed below +18°C
The surfaces of the workpieces to be adhered must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease
Surfaces such as leather and rubber should be carefully roughened.
- Stir well before use and then evenly and thinly apply to the whole of the surfaces to be bonded using a brush.
On absorbent surfaces (e.g. felt), further adhesive should be applied
- As soon as the surfaces are dry but still slightly sticky to the touch (finger test), the parts must be bonded by briefly and firmly pressing them together.
- Once the flash-off time has been exceeded, the joint components with the adhesive can be heated up to +50°C and then pressed together.
- The pressing force depends on the hardness of the material, the press duration is typically 8 – 15 seconds.
Curing time: approx. 48 hours at room temperature
